Please make your own copy and don't write on the original so it will be kept anonymous. 

How do I make a copy?

1. Click on Google Slides down in the righthand corner of the journal you want

2. Once it brings you to the journal, click file that is located in the top left corner 

3. Under the file tab, click make a copy and copy the entire presentation

Make sure to continue to go back to your copy of the journal once it's in your Google Drive to help make sure your mental health journey stays anonymous.
