The National Program Stand Up consists of three key components. The first component, Access, focuses on assessing the current mental health needs within our school and local community. To gain a comprehensive understanding, we distributed a survey to the student body of Humboldt High School. Additionally, we conducted interviews with our two high school counselors and a therapist from SEK Mental Health, ensuring representation from a diverse range of ages, challenges, and mental health conditions. Our goal was to gather valuable insights in order to develop a practical resource that would address the specific needs of our community while maintaining user anonymity.Â
